Welcome to Art by Adam White (“I”, “me”, “my”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of physical products requiring shipping, digital downloads, tattoo bookings, non-refundable deposits, or any other services I provide. By placing an order, booking a session, or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Products
I offer:
- Physical products that require shipping.
- Digital products available for download after purchase.
- Digital Vouchers for future discounted purchases.
- Tattoo bookings for designs to be completed by me at my licensed studio.
Terms for Physical Products and Digital Downloads
Ordering
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full before I dispatch physical goods or provide access to digital downloads.
Shipping
Physical products will be shipped to the delivery address you provide during checkout. I aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe specified on the product page. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Digital Downloads
Digital products will be available for download immediately after purchase or as otherwise indicated.
Vouchers
Vouchers cannot be used to discount the purchase of additional vouchers. Promotional vouchers are single use and may be restricted to certain items or categories of products. Referral and loyalty scheme vouchers are available to existing customers at my discretion and may be restricted or revoked at any point.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
for Physical Products and Digital Downloads
Distance Selling Regulations
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order for physical products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving any reason. This is the “cooling-off” period.
To exercise this right, you must inform me by email or in writing within the 14-day period.
You must return the products to me within 14 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Digital Products
Because digital downloads are delivered electronically, you do not have a right to cancel once the download has started unless the product is faulty.
If you believe the digital product is defective or not as described, please contact me to discuss a refund or replacement.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If a physical product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact me immediately. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Terms for Tattoo Bookings
Age & ID Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo (UK law).
- Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) must be shown at the appointment.
- I reserve the right to refuse service if you cannot provide proof of age.
Booking & Payment
- Prices displayed are in GBP and include a non-refundable deposit and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo bookings.
- Deposits are deducted from the final price of the tattoo.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- At least 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit.
- No-shows will forfeit the deposit.
- Repeated cancellations or reschedules may result in refusal of future bookings.
Health & Safety
- Inform me of any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or medical issues that may affect the tattoo or healing.
- I will not tattoo anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- I follow professional hygiene standards: sterilised equipment and single-use needles.
Design Policy
- All tattoo designs remain my intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use my artwork without permission.
- Once you approve a design and tattooing begins, no changes can be made during that session.
Liability
I take care to follow professional standards, but by booking you accept these risks and agree that I cannot be held liable for them:
- I am not responsible for problems caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
- I am not liable for allergic reactions, ink rejection, or natural variations in healing.
- I cannot guarantee exact colour retention or longevity; this varies with skin type and care.
Aftercare
You will receive written aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow them. Poor aftercare may negatively affect how the tattoo heals and its final appearance.
Refunds
Tattoos are custom, permanent artwork. No refunds are offered once work has started. If you are unhappy, contact me and we will discuss possible touch-ups or modifications (these may be charged depending on the situation).
Universal Terms
Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page; continued use or booking constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, and protect your data.
